1、备器:

专业审评杯11,电子称和计时器

1. Prepare tools:

Eleven sets of professional cups for appraisal, electronic scale, timer



2、采样:

每一个一号熟同一部位称3克(大小一样)

2. Sampling:

Weigh the same part of each  No. 1 Ripe Tea for 3g (same size)



 3、计时:

按顺序逐一注水浸5分钟

3. Time:

Inject water to sock for 5 minutes one by one in order



4、出汤:

按顺序逐一出汤,然后对比汤色

4. Pour out liquor:

Pour out liquor one by one in order, compare liquor color



5、汤色:

是否相对一致,年份越长越透亮

5. Liquor color:

Judge whether it’s relatively consistent. The longer the time, the more transparent the liquor color



6、香气:

先闻当年茶,年份越长越清纯

6. Aroma:

Smell the tea in those years. The longer the time, the purer the tea.



 7、滋味:

先尝当年茶,年份越长越纯甜

再尝最新和年份最长进行对比

最后从年份最长向上品尝对比

7. Flavor:

8、叶底:

仔细看叶底光泽,用手捏感觉
