茶和世界，共品共饮
茶是世界第二大饮料，但已不止是一种饮料。由于其广泛深入的文化和经济影响力，在一些地区，茶叶被赋予更多的如减肥、减压等健康属性，茶产业得以发展，成为当地的主要收入来源。

今年的国际茶日主题是“包容、持续、健康”。茶在促进经济发展中发挥着重要的作用，有着诸多健康功效，也是促进可持续生产的需要，今年的主题旨在提高人们在这些方面的认识。
Thethemeofthisyear’sInternationalTeaDayis“Resilient,sustainableandhealthy”,whichservestoraiseawarenessoftheimportantrolethatteaplaysintea-growingeconomies,itsmanyhealthbenefitsandtheneedtopromotesustainableproduction.
ISO已经制定了30多项与茶相关的标准，这些标准促使ISO各成员建立了茶品质的最低标准，并在茶内质成分的测定方法上达成一致。
标准包括茶多酚和咖啡碱的测定，绿茶、红茶和白茶等不同茶类的定义，以及取样方法。此外，乌龙茶和抹茶的标准也正在研究制定中。
ISOhasmorethan30standardsdedicatedtoteathathelpfacilitatethisthroughestablishingminimumlevelsofqualityandharmonizingthemeasurementofcontentsandsubstances.Theseincludestandardsforthedeterminationofcaffeineorpolyphenols,definitionsofvariousteas,suchasgreen,blackorwhite,andsamplingprocedures,withotherstandardsunderdevelopmentforoolongandmatchatea.
最近，ISO新制定了两项标准：ISO18447规定了红茶中茶黄素的测定；ISO18449“绿茶术语”对绿茶的外形、香气和滋味等特性作了明确规定，为绿茶在国际贸易中的分级和评价提供了依据。
